Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has announced the recruitment of
Assistant Officer Trainees (AOT) and Management Trainees (MT) for the year

online registration process for PGCIL AOT and MT recruitment 2023 began on 13th
March 2023 and will end on 4th April 2023. Candidates need to apply only

Selection Process
The
selection process for PGCIL AOT and MT posts will be based on the UGC NET
December 2022 score, followed by a Behavioral Assessment, Group Discussion, and

Age Limit
The
age limit for PGCIL AOT and MT posts is 28 years as of 31st December 2022.
However, there are relaxations in the age limit for candidates belonging to

Salary
The salary for PGCIL AOT and MT posts is quite competitive. The selected candidates will be offered a salary of Rs. 56100 to R. 177500 for DVC and Rs. 40000 -3% -140000 for other posts. In addition, they will be entitled to various benefits and allowances as per the rules of the organization.
